Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months experience as a phlebotomist.
• 1 year or more phlebotomy experience is preferred.
• Color vision requirement: able to pass a color blindness test.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
