Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Newtown, PA. The role requires collecting blood samples, ensuring patient comfort, and accurate data handling. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with rotating Saturdays, at a patient service center or client site.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED and a phlebotomy certification or completed training, or has 3+ months of phlebotomy experience. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws via venipuncture and capillary methods for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens and related tests.
• Enter patient data accurately and promptly.
• Process billing information and collect payments when applicable.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
