Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Laguna Hills team. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary methods for all ages, collect specimens for various tests, and ensure accurate data entry and patient service. This role requires a high school diploma and may require travel to other sites.

There is a quarterly incentive bonus program and pay range from $23 to $33 per hour, depending on performance and experience. Comprehensive benefits apply to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Preferred: 1+ months of phlebotomy experience.
• Preferred: prior experience with Labcorp.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
