The American Red Cross in Livonia, Michigan, is seeking a dedicated individual to support blood collection operations. You will use your healthcare or customer service skills to assist with every step of the process at fixed site locations, helping donors feel welcome and safe while contributing to lifesaving blood donations.

Paid phlebotomy training is provided, with opportunities to grow healthcare skills and career within the nation’s leading humanitarian organization.

Formación

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience in a public setting required.
• Current valid driver’s license with good driving record required.
• Physical requirements include lifting, pushing or pulling heavy weights and long irregular hours.
