The American Red Cross in Livonia, Michigan, is hiring for a phlebotomy role with paid training and no prior medical experience required. You will assist with blood collection at fixed site locations, creating a welcoming environment for donors while following safety procedures to ensure safe transfusion.

Starting pay is $21.42 per hour, with a rotating 4x10 schedule, including weekends and holidays. An Associate degree or equivalent and one year of customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree OR a combination of education and work experience is required.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience in public setting is required.
• Basic computer skills are required; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
