Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience in public setting.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a welcoming environment for donors.
• Be detail oriented to ensure blood collection meets goals and safety standards.
