Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collect clinical laboratory specimens and perform tasks related to patient registration and order entry under supervision.
• Perform venipunctures and collect other specimens; explain collection procedures to patients.
• Process, store, and transport specimens according to lab requirements.
• Perform waived testing with general supervision.
• Provide logistical support and maintain excellent customer relations.
