Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist in Due West, SC to join our team on a 3+ month contract with potential for hire. This role features a stable Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and requires accurate specimen collection and patient-focused service.

You will pull orders in Epic, perform blood draws, process specimens, and prepare them for pickup while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided at Greenville location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy experience essential.
• Experience drawing blood from patients.
• Experience with specimen processing.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced patient environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders from Epic.
• Perform patient blood draws.
• Process patient specimens accurately.
• Prepare specimens for pickup.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the collection and specimen-processing process.
• Stand and work on your feet for approximately 7-8 hours per day.
• Complete approximately 30-40 patient draws per day.
