Job summary

Corona Regional Medical Center is seeking a Phlebotomist to collect blood samples for lab testing and support the laboratory team.

Reporting to the Director of Laboratory, you will perform clerical duties, distribute reports, and may serve as a courier or perform phlebotomy at other locations. A valid California CPT, CPR, and driver's license with insurance are required, and an Associate degree in Science or MLT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Typing and laboratory computer systems experience preferred.
• Associate degree in Science or MLT (ASCP) preferred.
• Current California CPT, CPR/BLS, and valid driver’s license with vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain blood samples for lab testing.
• Clerical duties and charting.
• Retrieve and distribute reports according to procedure.
• May serve as courier or perform phlebotomy at other locations.
