Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with good driving record is required.
• Physical ability to lift, push or pull items and work long shifts with variable hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support blood donors throughout the donation process.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build donor connections.
• Collect blood and manage products following safety and quality standards.
• Set up/tear down equipment at mobile blood drives; drive to locations if needed.
