Job summary

Vitalant is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist to support blood drives within a ~200‑mile radius. You will greet donors, perform blood draws after training, and maintain accurate donor records. Training is provided, and the role includes a 10-week paid program with regular field work.

Base pay starts at $16.45–$17.15 per hour, with a 5% mobile premium and comprehensive benefits. Monday–Friday with occasional weekends and overnight stays; location: Rapid City, SD.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Active driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Able to lift 40 pounds is required.

• Greet donors and keep them comfortable and informed.
• Perform blood draws (paid training provided).
• Manage accurate and organized donor information.
• Receive coaching and support from caring managers.
