Job summary

Vitalant is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist to support blood donation drives within a 200‑mile range. You will greet donors, perform blood draws with paid training, and ensure smooth, comfortable donor experiences.

Starting schedule is Sunday–Thursday with training; base pay is $19.39–$20.60 per hour plus a 5% mobile premium. Must have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; travel and lifting up to 40 pounds are required.

• Active driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to travel as required and lift up to 40 pounds.

Job Description

We're hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we're here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

What to Expect

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday. Variables Hours

Start Date: 9/14/2026

Base pay: $19.39 - $20.60 / Hour

Other compensation: 5% Mobile Premium

Salary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

Training Information

• 10-week Paid Mandatory Training program – 100% attendance required
• Training schedule is Monday through Thursday with occasional Friday 7am-5:30pm for classroom training and then field training follows the mobiles.
