Job summary

Vitalant is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist in Lubbock, TX. You will travel to blood drives and donor centers, performing blood collections and supporting the donor care team. Start dates are soon, with on-the-road duties and local center shifts.

Job Description

We’re hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career, or new to the blood banking industry, we’re here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant’s donor care team in creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donor volunteers, most days you’ll conduct a blood drive around town in one of our buses; other days you’ll interact with donors at one of our local donation centers. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

Schedule

Sunday - Saturday variable hours with 2 days off

Pay

Base Pay: $16.45 - $17.15 / Hour Start Date: October 12, 2026

Responsibilities

As a Phlebotomist, you'll get to: Greet donors, keeping them comfortable and informed. Perform blood draws (paid training provided). Manage accurate and organized donor information Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers who are invested your career and success.
