Vitalant in Fargo, ND is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to support community blood drives within a 200-mile radius. You will assist donor care teams, set up drives, and help create a comfortable donation experience for donors.

Full training is provided, and even those new to phlebotomy can apply. The role offers a structured schedule, hotel/meal coverage for overnight stays, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active drivers license with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to travel as required; Lift up to 40 pounds.

Job Description: We're hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we're here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations within a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

What to Expect

Schedule: Monday - Friday Varied Hours, Occasional Weekends. Include 8-12 overnight stays per month (All Expenses: hotel room and food Paid by the company). Flat rate: $20/ Hour Start Date: 9/14/2026

Training Information

10-week Paid Mandatory Training program – 100% attendance required Monday through Friday 7am-5:30pm for classroom training and then field training follows the mobiles.
