Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Phlebotomist I for a Full-Time 40-hour week. You will perform phlebotomy on adult and pediatric patients, collect specimens, label accurately, and assist with processing and specimen transport.

Under supervision of the Lab Director/Manager, you will maintain a clean work environment, monitor supplies, and support patient experience using AIDET. Prior phlebotomy experience or certification preferred, high school diploma required, with

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• National Phlebotomy Certification or eligible to sit for certification exam preferred.
• Prior phlebotomy experience or healthcare field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy on adult and pediatric patients (venipuncture or finger stick) using aseptic protocols and proper labeling.
• Monitor phone and messages; manage supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Receive patients professionally and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Operate and document using computer systems to access patient/test information and prep paperwork.
