The American Red Cross seeks candidates to join its Greensboro, NC team as phlebotomy staff. Paid training is offered with no prior medical experience required; phlebotomy experience is a plus. You will assist with the blood collection process, ensure donor comfort, and follow safety procedures to deliver lifesaving donations to hospitals.

Qualificações

• Associates degree OR a combination of education and work experience is required.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience in public setting is required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include the ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights, long hours and frequent schedule changes.
• Basic computer skills are required. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with your teammates to create a welcoming and friendly environment so our volunteer donors feel comfortable coming back again and again.
• Be detailed oriented all day, every day to ensure the blood you collect meets goals, regulatory requirements and can be safely transfused
