Job summary

UW Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform standardized and specialized phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages, ensure patient identification, and manage specimen labeling and processing in the laboratory information system.

This full-time role offers a schedule Monday–Friday with start times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and end times between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM, with no weekends or holidays required at this time.

Job description

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday with start times between 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM and end times between 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM. No weekends or holidays are required at this time. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay:

• This position may be eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus

Qualifications

• No minimum education required
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Completion of accredited Phlebotomy Training program and clinical rotation (Preferred)

Work Experience

• One year of experience in phlebotomy and/or healthcare (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• Phlebotomist (American Society for Clinical Pathology) or equivalent (Preferred)
