Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• Must obtain phlebotomy certification within six months of hire from ASCP, NPA, ASPT or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Phlebotomy duties including specimen collection and labeling.
• Perform specimen processing and associated clerical tasks.
• Ensure proper patient identification and accurate order verification.
• Manage daily office functions such as billing and charting.
• Operate laboratory computer systems and register patients.
