Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain phlebotomy certification within six (6) months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy, specimen processing, and clerical duties with minimal supervision.
• Front Office: patient registration, verify insurance, collect payments, and answer calls.
• Print daily logs and handle deposits; file requisitions and reconcile billing information.
• Properly label and transport specimens; obtain ABN forms for Medicare when needed.
• Use proper phlebotomy technique, ensure ABN completion, and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain inventory and assist with reporting and distribution of lab results.
