SolutionHealth is seeking a Clinical Lab Assistant – Phlebotomist at the Elliot Health System Main Campus in Manchester, NH. This role supports patient care by handling specimen collection, processing, and coordinating with physicians and lab staff.

Responsibilities include verifying requisitions, performing venipuncture and capillary collections, labeling specimens, and entering orders into EPIC. The shift is 5:00 am to 1:30 pm with weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy course or phlebotomy experience preferred.
• ASCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient requisitions and document patient info.
• Receive specimens and verify demographics.
• Perform routine venipuncture and capillary collection.
• Enter orders into EPIC and coordinate with staff.
• Provide patient testing results and test requirements.
• Call and document STAT and critical results.
