Endeavor Health is seeking a Phlebotomist - Inpatient in Naperville, IL, to collect and process specimens during the night shift. The role offers full-time hours (40 hrs/week) and a starting pay range that reflects experience.

Responsibilities include phlebotomy collection, specimen labeling, and data entry while ensuring quality and safety standards. Evening and weekend rotation apply, with comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a phlebotomy training program with a minimum of 100 clinical hours.
• Current CPR (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Valid Illinois driver's license and auto insurance.
• Starting rate: $19.25/hr.
• Minimum one year of phlebotomy experience for Phlebotomist II.

• Performs pre-analytical processing/ordering of specimens arriving in the lab.
• Registers patient information and orders laboratory tests in the computer system.

Hourly Pay Range:

$19.31 - $28.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

Position: Phlebotomist -Inpatient

Location: Edward Hospital 801 S. Washington St Naperville, IL.

Full-time: 1.0 FTE (40 hrs./week)

NIGHT HOURS: 10pm-6:30am Monday-Friday; Includes rotating weekend and holidays

What will you do :

• Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures prepares, collects, logs and labels specimens for testing.
• Performs pre-analytical processing/ordering of specimens arriving in the lab.
• Registers patient information and orders laboratory tests in the computer system.

What you will need:

• Phlebotomist I
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a phlebotomy training program including a minimum of 100 clinical training hours
  • Current CPR (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

  • Starting rate: $19.25/hr.
