Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist III for the Lone Tree, CO territory. The role involves travel within the assigned territory to collect and process specimens, with a focus on pediatric collections and patient-centered service.

You will work independently, ensure labeling accuracy, and maintain compliance with testing protocols across PS Cs and client sites. English proficiency and a high standard of accuracy are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws, with pediatric, geriatric and difficult draws.
• Verify patient identification and labeling accuracy; perform data entry as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing (labeling, centrifuging, splitting, storage).
• Communicate procedures clearly and provide excellent patient service.
• Provide coverage across PSC and IOP locations within the territory and travel as required.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain confidentiality.
