Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections.
• Verify patient identification and accurate labeling of specimens.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing following procedures.
• Enter data accurately in lab systems and manage orders.
