Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Travel within an assigned territory to deliver phlebotomy services at PSCs, IOPs, or other sites.
• Perform specimen collections with accuracy and proper patient identification.
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation.
• Provide exemplary professional service and maintain a clean collection environment.
