You will ensure accurate specimen collection and patient identification, supporting high-quality laboratory results. The position requires at least three years of phlebotomy experience, HS diploma, and phlebotomy certification in required states.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws following procedures.
• Obtain patient identification and sign orders; perform data entry.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing; label, centrifuge, and store as required.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems.
