Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to patients and build trust during procedures.
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing following procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the area supervisor, maintaining a safe and professional environment.
• Maintain records and documentation and promote a positive image to patients and staff.
