Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Saint Peters, MO, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotational weekend shifts. The role offers a pay range of $20.00+ per hour and includes annual bonus eligibility based on performance.

The team focuses on accurate specimen collection, data entry, and adherence to procedures. The position requires three years of phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma, and preferred phlebotomy certification.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric/geriatric collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends/holidays/overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record, if applicable.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA/NV/WA.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client info.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
