Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Phlebotomist II to travel within the territory, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM with rotational weekends. You will perform venipuncture and specimen collection, verify patient identity, and maintain a clean collection environment.

Requires state phlebotomy license (NHA not accepted in WA). Travel up to 75% and strong customer service skills. High school diploma and phlebotomy certification; English fluency essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• State phlebotomy license required; WA does not accept NHA license.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections following procedures, including venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Obtain patient identification and verify labeling accuracy; perform data entry as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing; ensure accurate orders and documentation.
• Provide professional, courteous service to patients and clients; address questions and maintain a clean collection area.
