Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Englewood, NJ seeks a Phlebotomist II for a Monday–Friday schedule with 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM shifts and rotational weekends. Travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services at PSCs, Client Offices, or other sites, performing venipuncture and ensuring patient identification and labeling accuracy.

The role requires at least two years of phlebotomy experience, English proficiency, and phlebotomy certification in required states.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required; ability to travel up to 75%.
• High School diploma or equivalent (Required).

Responsibilities

• Specimen Collection & Processing: Perform venipuncture and capillary draws; verify patient identification and labeling; prepare specimens for transport and testing.
• Patient Experience & Customer Service: Provide professional, respectful service; handle questions; data entry for registration and orders.
• Site Support and Travel: Cover PSCs and Client Offices within territory; maintain timely office operations; ensure valid driver license and travel readiness.
• Operations & Compliance: Follow policies and safety standards; document orders; support administrative tasks; maintain phlebotomy skills.
