Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II for Bend, OR, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role involves travel across PSCs and client offices to collect specimens, ensuring patient identification and proper labeling, while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• English language proficiency required for patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections following established procedures for a variety of tests, including venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Obtain patient identification and signatures to confirm specimen labeling accuracy and perform data entry as necessary.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, including labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and storage as required by test order.
• Travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services and ensure timely, accurate specimen handling.
