Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• State phlebotomy license required.
• Travel up to 75% across territory.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections following established procedures, including venipuncture and capillary draws; handle difficult draws with minimal error.
• Obtain patient identification and signatures to confirm specimen labeling accuracy; perform data entry as necessary.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and storage as required by test order.
• Communicate collection procedures clearly; provide professional, respectful, and efficient service to patients and clients.
