Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Southgate, MI is seeking a Phlebotomist II (Territory) to travel within the assigned region and perform venipuncture and specimen collection at Patient Service Centers and client sites. Shift is Monday to Friday with a rotating Saturday schedule, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with travel across the territory.

You will maintain accuracy in patient identification, data entry, and adherence to testing protocols while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Travel within an assigned territory to perform phlebotomy at PSCs, IOPs, or client sites.
• Ensure accurate specimen collection and patient identification per testing protocols.
• Communicate procedures clearly and provide professional patient service.
• Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming collection environment.
• Enter billing information and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
