Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist III for the Gaylord, MI territory. The role involves Monday–Friday schedule with hours from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and rotational weekends. Travel within the territory to PSCs and client sites to collect specimens and ensure correct patient identification and adherence to testing protocols.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• Must be able to travel up to 75% within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Travel within an assigned territory to PS Cs, Client Offices, or other sites to deliver professional phlebotomy services.
• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws with high accuracy and minimal errors.
• Obtain patient identification and signatures for specimen labeling; enter data as required.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, including labeling and storage as needed by test orders.
• Provide exemplary patient and client service and maintain a clean, welcoming collection environment.
