Qualifications

• Two years phlebotomy experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• English required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws with accuracy.
• Identify patients and confirm labeling; enter data as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per test order.
• Communicate procedures clearly and maintain a clean collection environment.
• Travel within the territory to PSCs, client offices, and other sites.
