Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Gallup, NM is seeking a Phlebotomist II to collect specimens, perform phlebotomy tasks, and support patient-centered services Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pay range is $20.00–$24.00 per hour, with potential annual bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client communications.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required per policy.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport prep).
• Perform non-patient facing duties (inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones, email).
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and comply with policies and procedures.
• Assist with statistics and data submissions when required.
• Complete trainings timely.
