Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years phlebotomy experience required.
• 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail/service preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and build trust and confidence.
• Maintain required records and documentation with accuracy.
• Follow established practices and procedures for safe collection and processing.
