Job summary

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3 years of phlebotomy experience, and familiarity with patient service centers. Medical assistant or paramedic training and certification are preferred, with strong customer service skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to patients as the face of the organization.
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and perform blood draws accurately and safely.
