Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The Phlebotomist II draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing following established procedures.
• Represents the company to patients, explains procedures, and builds trust during blood draws.
• Maintain records and documentation; ensure confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
• Perform daily activities under supervision with emphasis on process excellence and safety.
