Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Reading, PA, is seeking a Phlebotomist II to collect specimens, perform drug screens, and manage data entry for test orders. Typical hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotational weekend work.

The role requires attention to accuracy, reliable transportation, and the ability to communicate in English. Starting pay is $22.35+ per hour, with potential annual performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience required (3 years, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections).
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify test orders and enter data using lab systems; collect payments when required.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and transport prep).
• Perform non-patient facing duties (inventory, sanitizing, filing, phones, emails).
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training timely.
