Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience and ability to navigate lab systems.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions as trained and verify orders using lab systems.
• Enter data accurately, obtain identification, enter billing info, and collect payments when required.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport).
• Maintain logs, assist with statistics, and complete trainings timely.
