• Accession and receive specimens accurately and timely in the laboratory.
• Provide courteous customer service and protect patient privacy and comfort.
• Interact professionally with hospital staff.
• Review vouchers and registrations for accuracy and correct them as needed.
• Order tests in hospital and laboratory information systems; document results.
• Comply with universal precautions and safety policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of courier vehicle if applicable.
