Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess valid phlebotomy certification from ASCP, NHA, or ASPT, or MA certification.
• Phlebotomy experience, preferred.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain quality blood samples using venous, capillary, arterial, and line collections.
• Ensure accurate patient identification, labeling, handling and transportation of specimens.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
