Responsabilités

• Obtains quality blood samples from patients of all ages using standardized methods.
• Ensures correct patient identification, labeling, processing, and transportation of specimens.
• Assists in patient recovery from adverse reactions and rapid response in emergencies when needed.
• Communicates procedures and addresses patient concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Troubleshoots specimen, order, and operational issues; supports training of new staff and students.
• Handles sharps and biohazardous materials per regulatory requirements and HIPAA compliance.
