Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support multiple locations in Forest City, Shickshinny, and Nuremburg, PA. The role requires strong specimen collection skills, reliable data entry, and the ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
Flexible and available for weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable.

Responsibilities

Collect specimens per established procedures, including drug screens and biometric screenings.
Administer oral solutions per training.
Verify orders using lab systems and client information.
Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
Enter billing information and collect payments when required, following policy.
Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport prep.
Perform non-patient duties: inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones, email.
Maintain phlebotomy logs and related records.
Complete training courses on time.
