Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II for Holicong, PA, working Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with rotational weekends. The role involves collecting specimens, processing, and ensuring accuracy in patient data and lab orders.

The ideal candidate has three years of phlebotomy experience, strong data-entry skills, and a valid driver's license. Certification is preferred; equal opportunity employer and English communication required.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer and enter data accurately.
• Entry of billing information and payments per policies.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport).
• Perform non-patient facing duties (inventory, stock, sanitizing, filing, phones, emails).
• Adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and statistics.
• Complete trainings on time.
