Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.
• Phlebotomy training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and create a trustful, calm atmosphere.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Perform venipuncture with accurate labeling and demographic verification.
• Work under area supervision and cover multiple locations as needed.
