Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Suwanee, GA for a 6+ month contract, working Monday to Friday 8:15am to 5:00pm. The role focuses on drawing blood, preparing specimens for testing, and ensuring a safe, patient-friendly environment.

Under supervision, you will verify patient demographics, document results, and support multiple sites as needed, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred in general; required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsibilities

• The PSR II draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares specimens for lab testing.
• Performs with confidence venipuncture and specimen processing following established practices.
• Maintains accurate records and demonstrates professionalism and confidentiality.
