Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays/on-call/overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (e.g., drug screens, biometric screenings).
• Prepare and process specimens; label, centrifuge, aliquot, and store for transport.
• Navigate lab information systems and perform data entry accurately.
• Assist with billing information and payments per corporate policies.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs, inventory, and cleanliness of work areas.
• Complete training courses timely and keep records updated.
