Quest Diagnostics Incorporated on Jekyll Island, GA, is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a Mon-Thu 9:00–5:00 schedule and Fri 9:00–3:00 with rotational weekends. Pay range is $21.50+ per hour. Responsibilities include specimen collection, data entry, and processing samples for transport.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Obtain identification and enter billing information when required.
• Process specimens including labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and preparing for transport.
