Job summary

Quest Diagnostics in Jacksonville, NC, seeks a Phlebotomist II to join a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. The role offers a pay range of $20.00+ per hour and requires strong phlebotomy experience plus data entry skills.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric screening.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Label, centrifuge, aliquot, and prepare specimens for transport as required.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training timely.
